Construction began
on May
6, 2002
After many years of dreaming, research, discussion, planning,
brainstorming, prayer, and raising funds, construction began on a 3 million dollar
addition.
Over $1,000,000 in gifts were raised, and over $1,500,000 was
pledged. These were the criteria required to set the actual construction process in
motion.
Construction included remodeling the existing church building to serve
those with special needs and the addition of new office space, a larger narthex, a
basketball court size multipurpose room, additional classroom space, additional storage,
and an elevator. |
