Severe Weather Policy

 

SPRING/SUMMER SEVERE WEATHER POLICY

The policy for service cancellation due to severe weather follows:

In the case of a tornado warning prior to a service, that service is cancelled.
In the case of a tornado watch ending less than one hour prior to a service,
that service will be cancelled.  

 

WINTER SEVERE WEATHER POLICY

The policy for service cancellation due to winter severe weather follows:

In case of severe winter weather, members of the Executive Committee
may make a decision to cancel any service.

The service must be cancelled two hours prior to the start of a service,
unless there are extenuating circumstances.      

Notice of cancellation of any service will be posted on TV 8 (WOOD),
TV 13 (WZZM),  WGHN 92.1 FM, and the church's WEB site.

The church name should be listed as:
"Second Christian Reformed Church Grand Haven"
